It is with much regret to announce that Dr. Whitfield will be cutting back his practice at Sage Health Care as of August 1, 2009 because of family health issues. He will continue to work a few hours a week at another Sage contracted facility, but will no longer be seeing patients at Sage. He hopes to come back in the future.

At Sage we serve people of all ages and we provide confidential evaluations and treatment backed by the highest level of training in our respective field.
