Thank you for your interest in Sage Health Care., P.L.L.C. Sage is a mental health clinic comprised of psychiatrists, therapists, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, and experienced office staff. Sage has been an entity since May 1994.
At Sage we serve people of all ages and are sensitive to the cultural, religious, and ethnic background of our patients. We provide confidential evaluations and treatment backed by the highest level of training in our respective field.
Sage offers competitive rates and friendly service. We accept clients through self–referrals and professional referrals. Our New Client Specialist is available to assist new clients in setting up appointments or answering any additional questions regarding our services.
