Sage is a mental health clinic located in Boise, Idaho and comprised of psychiatrists, therapists, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, and an experienced office staff. Sage has been an entity since May 1994.

At Sage we serve people of all ages and we provide confidential evaluations and treatment backed by the highest level of training in our respective field. We accept clients through self–referrals and professional referrals.
